Class #1- Scallop Top Tag Treat

The first actual class project is making a treat bag using SU! Scallop Top Punch. I added a few details but I'm not sure if they added anything to the final project.

i'm having a little trouble with my shaker do-dads shaking. there seems to be some kind of sticky residue on the sequins that i can't rub off.
